Grant Williams - Mk1 Jaguar ‘Buy1’

Grant Williams started his racing career in 1995 taking the title of the youngest champion in the Jaguar XK Saloon Car Championship in a MK2 Jaguar.

This followed by his father, Tony Williams handing over the reigns of the iconic MK1 Jaguar ‘Buy1’ for Grants first Goodwood Revival in 1999, a penalty stripped him of his pole position but led to one of the most exciting races of Grant’s career.

With numerous races at Goodwood Revival and hill climbs at Goodwood Festival of Speed, it’s safe to say Grant and Buy1 are part of Goodwood’s history.
